It's burning time in Kansas. We burn the fields of all the weeds and dead growth from last year. Then the new grasses can suck up all the nutrients from the ground only to be consumed themselves by Kansas cattle being fattened for market. Nothing beats the taste of Kansas prairie grass-fed beef.
