I went to spend some time with my mom in California earlier this year. She
was recently diagnosed with lung cancer [her treatments have been successful]
so I brought my backbone and moral support to lend to her during a stressful
time. The entire visit was 'golden' and I won't bore you with all the
pictures, but here is one of the flowers in her yard.
